You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your college affiliation, or use another user's account.

CampusCrate may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these Terms, harm other students, abuse platform features, or create security risks.

You retain ownership of notes, posts, comments, resources, event details, profile information, and other content you submit. By posting or uploading content, you grant CampusCrate permission to host, display, distribute, moderate, and process that content for platform operation.

You must only upload content that you have the right to share. Do not upload copyrighted books, leaked papers, private college documents, personal data, or content that violates another person's rights.

Do not use CampusCrate for harassment, spam, hate, fraud, malware, scraping that harms service stability, academic dishonesty, unauthorized commercial promotion, or attempts to bypass security controls.

Societies, discussions, comments, reactions, reports, and reviews must be used in good faith. Moderation decisions may be made to protect platform quality and student safety.

CampusCrate helps students discover opportunities and academic resources, but users and organizers are responsible for verifying deadlines, eligibility, external links, organizer authenticity, and final participation requirements.

Resource uploads may require admin approval. CampusCrate may edit metadata, reject, hide, or remove resources that are inaccurate, duplicated, illegal, unsafe, or low quality.

AI-assisted tools may generate resume, interview, form, or career-support outputs. These outputs are informational and should be reviewed by you before use.

Do not rely on AI output as professional, legal, financial, or guaranteed placement advice. You remain responsible for final submissions, applications, and decisions.

We aim to keep CampusCrate reliable, but features may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party services, or product updates.

CampusCrate is provided on an as-is basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, user-submitted inaccuracies, or third-party platform actions.

We may update these Terms as CampusCrate evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
