Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please review the plan details, billing cycle, included features, pricing, and eligibility before completing any payment on CampusCrate.

By purchasing a paid plan or service on CampusCrate, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the offering and agree that the payment is final except where a refund is required by applicable law or where CampusCrate expressly approves one.

CampusCrate does not offer refunds for successfully completed transactions, including subscription purchases, renewals, upgrades, or prepaid access fees, once the payment has been processed.

No refund will be issued for partial usage, unused time remaining in an active plan, change of mind, accidental selection of a billing cycle, or failure to use the subscribed features after purchase.

If a payment is deducted successfully but the subscription or purchased access is not delivered because of a verified technical issue on CampusCrate's side, please contact us for support. After review, we may either activate the service correctly or resolve the payment issue as appropriate.

You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next billing date if and when a cancellation control or support-based cancellation option is provided on CampusCrate.

Cancellation stops future billing only. It does not reverse or refund the current billing period that has already been paid for.

After cancellation, your paid benefits will normally remain active until the end of the current billing period unless the plan is terminated earlier for abuse, fraud, or violation of platform terms.

If autopay, auto-renewal, or recurring billing is enabled for a plan, you authorize CampusCrate and its payment partners to charge the selected payment method automatically on each renewal date for the chosen billing cycle.

Automatic renewal may apply monthly, quarterly, yearly, or according to the plan selected at checkout. The renewal amount may include the applicable subscription price, taxes, and payment processing rules shown at the time of billing.

It is your responsibility to cancel autopay before the next renewal date if you do not want the next charge to be processed. Once an auto-renewal payment has been successfully completed, it is treated as a completed transaction and is not refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by CampusCrate.

If a payment fails, your subscription may not activate or may lapse at the end of the current plan term until a successful payment is completed.

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction, or if you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly with the payment details so we can investigate.

CampusCrate may request supporting information to verify duplicate or unauthorized transaction claims before taking corrective action.

CampusCrate may revise plan pricing, billing structures, included features, or autopay terms in the future. Any such changes will apply prospectively and not retroactively to a payment already completed for the active billing period, unless otherwise stated.

Upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes may take effect immediately or on the next billing cycle depending on the product flow available at that time.

We will review billing-related requests in good faith, but this policy remains the governing rule for cancellations, refunds, and autopay on CampusCrate.
